We are the only resort connecting the Cuyuna Rec Area to offer cabins on stilts. Have you ever wanted to feel like your sleeping in a tree house? Then these are the cabins for you with the cable walk bridge 7′ off the ground is a experience you won’t forget. All cabins come with a Fire Ring with a grate for cooking, park style charcoal grill, picnic table and 4 folding chairs for around the campfire. The cabins have a screen porch under them and a bike storage locker. (Note these cabins do move a bit so if your afraid of heights or movement these are not the cabins for you.) There is a max of 4 people per cabin, we understand if you have 3 or 4 children please call or email prior to making a reservation to inquire. Bring your own Bedding and Towels. Bedding And Towels Are only available in Cabins 4 & 5. Bring Your Own Pillows.

What To Bring
Life jacket is recommended if swimming. Cabins 1,2,3,6,7,8, You will need to bring your own bedding and your own towels and hygiene products. Cabins 4 & 5 Will have bedding ,towels, hygiene products. You need to bring your own beach towels And Pillows.

To guarantee your cabin and/or campsite, the fee of your total stay will be charged to your credit card at the time you make your reservation. You will receive an email confirmation once your reservation is complete.
Gift Certificates: Red Rider Resort is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen Certificates. Cannot be redeemed for cash.

We provide a Heated Portable Fish House, Lines, Bait & Guide Service.
You will need to bring a Valid Minnesota Fishing License and A Trout Stamp. (Both are available at Oars & Mine in Crosby.) Dress for cold weather with layered (jackets) clothing, boots, gloves & Hats.
Damage: You are liable for any damage caused to the cabin(s), campsite(s), or the premises or property caused by you or any persons in your party (whether or not staying at Red Rider Resort) during your stay. Red Rider Resort reserves the right to retain your credit card and/or debit card details and charge or debit such amounts as it shall in its sole discretion deem fit on the said card(s) to compensate or make good the loss, damage, costs or expenses incurred or suffered by Red Rider Resort as a result of the aforesaid. Regardless, Red Rider Resort further reserves the right to commence legal proceedings against you without notice. Pets: Dogs Are Welcome at the Resort. Dogs must be under a person’s control at all times either (a) on a leash or (b) within a kennel (when not directly supervised). Dogs shall also be kept at a distance of at least one yard from other people to avoid unwanted incidents. Call before arriving if you have questions regarding our pet policy.
Smoking: Smoking within the cabins is strictly prohibited. Smoking in a cabin will result in an additional fee of $250.00.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your reservation, please call 218-838-3041 before the deadlines listed below to receive your refund, minus a $25.00 cancellation fee per cabin and or site reserved. Text and email notifications of cancellations are not acceptable.
Cabins: 14 days cancellation notice required. Notify Red Rider Resort by 4 p.m. CST 14 days before your scheduled arrival.
Tent Sites: 14 day cancellation notice is required. Notify Red Rider Resort by 4 p.m. CST 14 days before your scheduled arrival.
RV Sites: 14 days cancellation notice required. Notify Red Rider Resort by 4 p.m. CST 14 days before your scheduled arrival.
Reservations made after these deadlines will be nonrefundable. Cancellations made after deadlines will result in forfeiture payment. Holidays and special events may have special deposit and/or cancellation requirements. Special conditions may apply during high-demand periods and special events.
